The ShopTalk sidebar makes browsing more social. As you browse the Web, the ShopTalk sidebar shows you the conversations about the page you are viewing right now. You can enter the conversation by simply typing a message into the sidebar, pressing enter and it will be broadcast to others viewing the page and using the ShopTalk sidebar.

The ShopTalk sidebar is a small (about 22KB) downloadable extension to the Firefox web browser and shows up as a button on the standard Firefox toolbar. The ShopTalk sidebar can be turned off and on by simply clicking the ShopTalk toolbar button.

Firefox will automatically check for new versions of ShopTalk once a day, but does not automatically download new versions - so periodically check your extensions for new versions via the "Tools | Extensions..." menu in Firefox.
